Once your application has been accepted and the Landlord is happy for us to proceed, our reference company will email you an electronic copy of their reference form for you to complete online. Upon receipt of acceptable references we will look to confirm a start date with you and arrange for the tenancy agreement to be drawn up, which will be sent to you for electronic signature.
