APPLICATION PROCESS The entire application process is electronic where possible. Once your application has been accepted and the Landlord is happy for us to proceed, our reference company will email you an electronic copy of their reference form for you to complete online. Once acceptable references have been received we will look to reconfirm a start date with you and request for the damages deposit to be sent across to us (equivalent to five weeks rent). At this point we will arrange for the tenancy agreement to be drawn up and sent to all parties for electronic signature at this stage the holding deposit will also be credited against your first months’ rent. Upon receipt of the Damages Deposit in cleared funds we will register this with the TDS deposit scheme and send out a copy of the TDS certificate and Prescribed Information to all parties. Once the agreement has been signed by all parties, the remainder of the first months’ rent will be required so that it has time to clear in advance of the tenancy start date.
