The Government has today confirmed that as part of the easing of lock-down measures that people who wish to move home can now do so. The Government have amended the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Regulations to include important public health information to ensure that moving home and key activities around this, such as viewing property, can happen safely. We have put in place detailed procedures for each stage of each type of property transaction in order to minimise public health risks. Those professions that serve the property market, which itself is so important to both to this country's economy and quality of life for us all, have been handed the responsibility of keeping us all protected.
