DIRECTIONS: From our office in Wantage head out of town along the A417 passing through East Challow and Stanford in the Vale. After about a mile from Stanford in the Vale turn left onto the B4508 towards Shellingford. At the first junction turn left into Church Street where the cottage can be found on the right just before the church.

In the event of a new Tenancy Agreement being prepared to cover a further extension of the initial period, a further £90.00, including 20% VAT, will be payable as a contribution towards the cost of the new Agreements.

A TERM CERTAIN IS FOR A FIXED PERIOD WHICH NEITHER THE LANDLORD NOR TENANT MAY BRING TO AN END BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF THAT TERM OTHER THAN FOR A BREACH OF COVENANT.
