RESERVATION PROCESS
The entire application process is electronic. Once your application has been accepted and the Landlord is happy for us to proceed, our reference company will email you an electronic copy of their reference form for you to complete online.
Upon receipt of acceptable references we will look to confirm a start date with you and your details send across to the landlords who will then arrange for the tenancy agreement to be drawn up, which will be sent to you for electronic signature. At this point the holding deposit will be credited against your first months' rent as outlined in the âYour Holding Deposit Explainedâ guide.
The remaining first months' rent and damages deposit will be required a minimum of 3 working days before the tenancy commences. This is payable by bank transfer only. The deposit payable is equivalent to five weeks rent. Future rent payments should be made by standing order and full details of the relevant bank account will be made available at the appropriate time.
Once the application process is complete copies of all the appropriate documents will be sent to you by email.
Tenants are strongly recommended to have adequate insurance for their contents and accidental damage to the Landlords property, contents, fixtures and fittings.
