Tenants are required to have adequate insurance for their contents and accidental damage to the landlords property, contents, fixtures and fittings. The first month’s rent and deposit will be required before handing over the keys for occupation. Only cash, banker’s draft or building society counter cheque will be acceptable at this stage. The deposit payable is normally one and half times the monthly rent. The non-refundable tenancy arrangement fee is £117.50 per adult and is payable on application.
