PLANNING
The site along, with the adjoining property, benefits from outline planning permission for the ‘conversion of Challow Park House and erection of new school buildings including staff and pupils accommodation, classrooms, hall, playing fields, pitches and recreational facilities’. An application for reserved matters was also granted and copies of these permissions and associated plans are available upon request. The use class for the development is C2 and our client’s planning consultants advise us that an application for a C2 use is likely to be successful whether or not it includes the neighbouring Challow Park House. Challow Park House may be available by separate negotiation.
